Metal Letters and Logos can consist of Cast Metal, Flat Cut Metal (Routed or water jet) or fabricated letters. Fabricated letters are manufactured using rolled-stock, and can be used as illuminated “Halo-lit” letters.
Plastic/Acrylic Letters can come in a variety of styles. Flat cut letters from 1/8″ thick all the way up to 1″ thick, formed plastic letters, which are vacuum-formed, and cast plastic letters. We can even router cut PVC, which is less expensive and looks fantastic painted.
Foam Letters are a great option, because they are light weight, and easy to install, and they last as long as any other material. They can be as thick as 2″ and can include a laminate (such as brushed aluminum, polished aluminum, acrylics, etc.). You save money using this option because the installation is easier, and can be installed using only double sided tape and silicone. Many of the other materials require us to drill holes into your walls, and use studs to secure the letters.
